LONDON’S UNIQUE POP-UP BAR

Sainsbury’s has announced the opening of a low- and no-alcohol pop-up pub in London. The pop-up, The Clean Vic No & Low Alcohol pub will be open from the 24th to the 25th of July and will serve a range of beers, mocktails, and wines—all below 0.5 percent ABV. From the outside, The Clean Vic No & Low Alcohol pub will for all intents and purposes, look like a regular pub—bartenders and all.

Entry to the pop-up will cost £5 but will entitle customers to two drinks of their choice, as well as two bar snacks for their visit. On top of running as a ‘regular’ pub, The Clean Vic No & Low Alcohol pub will also be running classes on ways in which alcohol consumption can be reduced, or how people can have fun and explore the world of low- and no-alcohol options.

Sainsbury’s has noted a 31.8 percent increase in the sale of low- and no-alcohol options in the preceding 12 weeks and hopes that this event will encourage more people to drink responsibly.
