This weekend, the 11th to the 12th of May, will usher in Highball, a dedicated spirits and cocktails festival in Wellington. The two-day event will be held at the Embassy Theatre and will feature 16 distilleries, nine bars, and 14 expert speakers.
Highball will be an immersive celebration of cocktails and spirits and a real exploration of both international and local flavours.
Following on from Highball will be Wellington’s Cocktail Week, from the 13th to the 19th of May. Across the city will be information and experience meetups/demonstrations for people to learn more about everyone’s favourite Friday pastime, cocktails.
