Paul Stephenson and the team at United Food Co. developed this range with award winning Christchurch Chef Andrew Brown who was briefed to create an authentic Gyoza of restaurant quality that delivered a fantastic flavour profile. Hugely popular, Gyoza are a great addition to any menu offering kitchens speed, convenience and variety as they can be steamed, boiled or fried (commonly referred to as pot stickers) and quickly dressed up with creative dipping sauces, which makes them perfect for bar snacks and appetisers.
