Ingredients:
500gr potato gnocchi
50gr blue cheese
50gr mozzarella cheese
50gr Parmesan cheese
200ml cream
Directions:
Bring to boil a pot of salty water.
In a pan cook cream with blue cheese.
When it is melted add Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese and turn it off.
When the water boils put the gnocchi in and when they come up to the surface toss them and mix in the pot with the sauce that you have just made.
