GIN AND TONIC AND PAINT

Bombay Sapphire has released an edible paint designed for use in gin and tonics, both for flavour and to colour the glasses.

“We’re super excited to launch the Bombay Sapphire Paint Collection and bring it to gin lovers across the country,” said Bombay Sapphire UK brand ambassador Renaud de Bosredon. “We want people to have fun and be creative with the way they enjoy this iconic serve.”

The paint was developed in collaboration with Rich Woods of London’s Duck & Waffle bar, and will allow bartenders to experiment with new flavours. The paint will roll out across the UK in the coming months.

“Each essence has been carefully designed to complement our botanicals, showcasing the perfectly balanced flavour profile of Bombay Sapphire, and providing the ideal canvas for creative cocktails,” de Bosredon said.
