Since the introduction of Domino’s DOM Pizza Checker throughout the New Zealand and Australia stores in May, more than 13 million pizzas have been scanned, for an improved 15 percent customer rating. Building on from this, customers are now able to view a real-time image of their pizza before it’s cut, boxed and sent out for delivery.
With the latest update to Domino’s technological abilities, customers now have complete visibility over their meal, whether it has passed the quality checks, and can expect it to look similar to the image they see fresh out of the oven. Pizzas that don’t pass the tests will be remade, and customers will also be able to see this happening.
Domino’s continues to pioneer technology that looks to improve and streamline their operations. Domino’s said that they pride themselves on high standards, and want to make sure that they’re able to produce that consistently.
