Established in 2004, Woodbridge Smokehouse produces some of the finest smoked seafood anywhere in the world. The traditionally-smoked Atlantic Salmon and Ocean Trout has subtle tastes and silken textures that will delight the taste buds of customers.

Woodbridge Smokehouse chooses only the finest Atlantic Salmon sourced from the Huon Valley, in Tasmania’s cool South-East region. The Ocean Trout is sourced from Macquarie Harbour, on the rugged West Coast of Tasmania, where the Gordon River meets the Indian Ocean.

Situated on the picturesque south east coast of Tasmania, the company’s purpose-built smokehouse is set amongst a 25-acre apple orchard. The small team – with over 75 years’ combined experience – fillet, brine, smoke and slice the fish, combining time-honoured methods with world’s best practice smoking technology. Traditional hand-smoking processes using apple wood create the delicate and distinctive flavours for which Woodbridge Smokehouse is renowned.
