The CAPI brand was born from a simple idea to produce clean, natural, carbonated refreshments. In a world full of mass-production, CAPI wanted to defy the norm through its craftsmanship, quality ingredients and outstanding drinks. CAPI is proudly Australian made with all products produced in Kyneton, Victoria. Everything in the range is free of all artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, using only the best natural ingredients.
Co-founded in 2012 by Pitzy Folk, CAPI started as a range of natural fruit sodas. With Pitzy’s long standing background in hospitality, he saw a natural extension to diversify the range into mixers and mineral water. After a rebrand in 2013, the CAPI family now sits at 18 drinks, made only possible with constant innovation and seeking out new flavours.
With 12 awards under CAPI’s belt, accolades include Voted #1 Australian Mineral Water by Age Epicure, 2015 Best Tonic Water by Australian Bartender Magazine and 2017 World’s Best Sparkling Beverage for our Yuzu soda.
