CLOUDY BAY’S PINOT NOIR TRAIL

New Zealand winery Cloudy Bay is inviting New Zealanders to enjoy a selection of game dishes with their Pinot Noir range.

The Pinot and Game tasting trail, which began on May 15th and continues until June 30th, corresponds with New Zealand's game season and sees restaurants spanning the length of the country creating dishes designed to pair perfectly with Cloudy Bay’s Pinot Noir 2016 or the acclaimed Te Wahi 2016.

Fourteen renowned chefs nationwide including head chefs from Prego, Grand Mercure, and Queenstown's The Spire have curated dishes ranging from "glazed hare leg, hangi vegetables, horopito arancini and carrot purée" to "seared venison denver leg, smoked celeriac, beetroot, semi-dried grapes, salted chocolate and hazelnut."
