The Hellers Christmas range includes Ryan’s Champagne Hams, Ryan’s Half Hams and Free Farmed Middle Eye Bacon. The Champagne Hams are suited for catering companies, Half Hams are suitable for the corporate market and the Free Farmed Middle Eye Bacon is perfect for the hotel and café scene.
The Free Farmed Middle Eye Bacon, which comes in a 1kg pack, is a new product this year, along with the Hellers precooked chicken breakfast sausages, which come in 2kg packs. The new additions join the ever-popular bacon, ham and turkey on offer from the iconic New Zealand butcher.
Businesses will be able to place orders up until the week commencing December 17 from all leading New Zealand foodservice distributors.
