CELEBRATING WORLD VEGAN DAY

Vegans around the country rejoice, The Sugar Club will once again offer an entirely vegan menu for World Vegan Day. Shining a spotlight on plant-based dining, the menu will feature dishes that are not only vegan but also low carbon.

November 1st will see guests enjoying an exclusive five-course vegan tasting menu for lunch and dinner, with the option of having a vegan beverage pairing, too.

“World Vegan Day is a wonderful opportunity for my talented team at The Sugar Club to continue to challenge perceptions around vegan dining,” said Peter Gordon, The Sugar Club’s chef restaurateur. “It’s an incredible way to show our support for a philosophy that I feel we need to give more focus to as an industry moving forward.”

The Sugar Club has a distinguished 33-year history of pushing the boundaries of fine-dining, and are once again proving that there is a place for plant-based dining to feature in the world’s top restaurants. “Whether you’re vegan or not, come along, put your preconceptions aside, and enjoy a lunch or dinner with us.”

The hero dish of the event draws inspiration from the plant-based creation that earned junior sous chef, Giada Grilli, a place in the semi-final of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Awards this year.
