CaféPay is an innovative, fully integrated multi-platform solution for managing loyalty programs and cashless transactions. More importantly, cafés can save around $100 per customer every year by implementing this integrated system. Customers’ daily orders and loyalty program details are, in fact, stored in the CaféPay app so they can pre-order. The system then notifies the barista of their arrival, while loyalty points are automatically recorded and spending tracked. The app also connects to a smart chip found in special reusable coffee cups and water bottles, thanks to a partnership with Australian designer frank green. CaféPay wristbands are available as well, and sized to fit on any standard reusable coffee cup or water bottle, meaning no purse or wallet is required.
