Burns & Ferrall, New Zealand and Fiji’s premium supplier of quality foodservice-related products, has sold to E.CF-Asia Pacific, incorporating Reward Hospitality and Tas Hotel & Catering Supplies.
Burns & Ferrall have grown to become an iconic company over the last 70 years of operation, and Tony Broome, Burns & Ferrall’s CEO, will continue to lead. The combined companies will continue to develop their strong commitment to local representation, with E.CF-Asia Pacific looking to expand into New Zealand and the Pacific Islands regions. Not only will the change foster E.CF-Asia Pacific’s expansion, but Burns & Ferrall will gain access to a broader and more comprehensive product offering from the global E.CF group sourcing network, larger inventory pools and development of essential digital tools.
