Helios Distillery, a manufacturer and seller of Awamori, a traditional Okinawan liquor is releasing Ryukyu Bijin with a launch party in Sydney.

Awamori is made from rice, like sake, but is distilled, like other liquors. 

Ryukyu Bijin is a quality Awamori liquor that is a popular choice for a cocktail base. 

For the launch of the new product, the drink will be released at the famous Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant LuMi Bar & Dining in Sydney early in December. The restaurant was ranked 13 in the Australian Top 100 restaurant 2018 by The Australian Financial Review as well as being named the best Italian restaurant in the world by Gambero Rosso International this year.
