The craft market is showing steady growth in Australia and New Zealand, with a 31 percent increase in product launches between 2011 and 2016. Sponsored by Restaurant & Café and SupermarketNews, these awards have a strong history of success for participants and this year the prize pool will provide marketing, advertising and PR packages, membership of the FGC, Restaurant Association and NZ Chefs, a total prize pool valued at $50,000.
