Although Blenheim has reportedly slow weekend trading, Streetwise Coffee is looking to capitalise with a new opening. Luke Mullinger, a Streetwise Coffee franchisee, will be bringing his coffee cart to Blenheim in September, operating extensive opening hours and not closing until Christmas Day.
Mullinger noted the difficulty he faced when searching for coffee in Blenheim over the weekend. From here, he was prompted to provide such an offering, saying that he will open from 6 am to 5 pm on weekdays, and 7 am to either 4 or 5 pm on weekends. Mullinger is hoping that like him, other people will be willing to travel to get Streetwise’s renowned coffee. He also said that he is looking forward to becoming a part of the Blenheim community. While the exact location is still unknown, it is said to be located in an area with high thoroughfare.
