45ml Nginious Swiss Blended Gin
15ml Green Chartreuse
40ml Pear Juice
20ml Homemade Parsley Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
2 dashes of The Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters
1 Egg White

 

Put all ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into glass.
