ALL ABOARD

If sushi train restaurants aren’t enough to excite you, a cheese train restaurant certainly should be. The world’s first cheese train/conveyor belt restaurant has opened in London offering more than 25 variations of British cheese. Pick & Cheese houses a 40-metre belt, displaying everything a cheese lover could want. It works the same as most conveyor-belt style restaurants—the plates are colour coded by price.

The cheesy experience is a creation thanks to the Cheese Bar team in Seven Dials Market, a food hall in Covent Garden.

Their doors opened over the weekend, and judging by their Instagram posts, the seats were full. The post read, “Wow what a first day! Thanks to everyone who came down yesterday and visited the conveyor belt of (Cheese) dreams. We’re back on it from midday today with more of those little dishes of joy. Sunday = Cheese, right? See ya at the belt!”
