A TASTE OF NEW ZEALAND

A New Zealand-themed restaurant in Seoul, South Korea, is set to provide customers with an authentic Kiwi experience following a deal with New Zealand Premium Goat Ltd. Central Otago goat meat will feature on the menu of the yet to be named restaurant, as well as beef, lamb, and wine, from Shaky Bridge and Clyde Village. The restaurant is scheduled to open at the end of October.

The restaurant is a part of the Shilla Hotel business, and the hope is that the deal will usher in more business for other meat suppliers if the franchise takes off. New Zealand Premium Goat Ltd has been contracted to supply goat meat for the restaurant’s goat fusion dishes, both Korean and Chinese style.
