Jervois Steak House is set to release its mouth-watering meat packs this summer.
Nourish Group executive Chef, Gareth Stewart, has chosen a spectacular line-up of the finest cuts to satisfy even the hungriest carnivores.
From aged Wakanui and Wagyu steaks to lamb racks, butterflied chickens, gourmet burger patties, snags and more, the meat pack will also be full of marinades, spice rubs, butters and sauces. The summer barbecue is about to get a hearty upgrade.
The full five-day menu is as follows:
Day 1: Scotch steaks and chicken
4x 300g Wakanui Beef Scotch Fillet steaks
Café de Paris butter
Butterflied free-range chicken
Aunties jerk spice rub
Day 2: Taupo Beef and Lamb sausages
2.2kg Taupo beef Eye Fillet (trimmed and tied)
Horseradish smoked garlic marinade
1kg Culpeper lamb sausages
Day 3: Lamb racks, grass-fed beef and bacon burgers
6x grass-fed beef burger patties
Smoked provolone cheese
Free-range bacon
2x lamb racks (trimmed and marinated)
Day 4: Rump steaks and schnitzel
2x 400g Wakanui rump steaks
Chimichurri sauce
4x 150g schnitzels
Day 5: Specialty steaks and lamb chops
1.2kg rib eye on the bone
400g Wagyu hanging tender steaks
8x lamb chops
Other accompaniments:
Green peppercorn sauce
Creamed spinach
