A PASSION FOR COFFEE

Coffee Flour is what it says it is – ground coffee beans, milled into one of the most uniquely dynamic and flavour-rich ingredients available. It contains more fibre per gram than wheat flour, more iron than spinach, less fat than coconut flours, more protein than kale and more potassium than a banana.

For farmers and families in coffee growing countries, coffee flour creates sustainable jobs and a new revenue source for some of the poorest areas of the world. For the environment, it will remove botanical waste, reducing methane gas emissions and minimizing pollution of streams and soil, strengthening the land and lives of the people and species there. Most importantly it will add a nutritious and distinctly flavourful ingredient to the global menu. Coffee Flour is currently produced in Central America, South America and Asia, with planned expansion into India and the African continent.
